Job Description

The Process Engineer will lead the development, optimization, and control of key manufacturing processes to ensure consistent high-quality output and operational efficiency. This role involves driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, and strong collaboration with production, quality, and equipment teams. Responsibilities include sustaining ownership of production processes, analyzing performance, participating in root cause analysis, supporting new product introduction, and monitoring emerging technologies.
Must have:
  • Lead and sustain ownership of designated production processes RF/DC test & TBE.
  • Analyze process performance using statistical methods; drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and cost.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) with process qualification, documentation, and training.
  • Collaborate with R&D, equipment, and quality teams to enhance process capability and robustness.
  • Participate in audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and provide technical support as required.
  • Monitor emerging trends and evaluate new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and other statistical/process control methodologies.
  • Knowledge of MES systems (e.g., CAMSTAR), data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab), and automation systems.

Job Details

The Process Engineer is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and control of key manufacturing processes to ensure consistent high-quality output and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, structured problem-solving, and strong collaboration with production, quality, and equipment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and sustain ownership of designated production processes RF/DC test & TBE.
  • Analyze process performance using statistical methods; drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and cost.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) with process qualification, documentation, and training.
  • Collaborate with R&D, equipment, and quality teams to enhance process capability and robustness.
  • Participate in audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and provide technical support as required.
  • Monitor emerging trends and evaluate new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or related). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and other statistical/process control methodologies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MES systems (e.g., CAMSTAR), data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab), and automation systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
