Senior Accountant (Germany)

• You are able to work independently
• You are tech-savvy
• You are based in Berlin
• You speak fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus)

What you will do

• Scaling finance operations in all entities (Germany, Poland, Sweden and USA)

• Introducing and streamlining finance and accounting processes

• Working with international payroll providers (DE,PL,SE)
  

• Working with external tax advisors, banks and public offices

• Leading and growing the finance team

• Payroll preparation and processing

• Processing payments

• Working with various teams across the business (HR, Legal, Operations) to work towards compliant and streamlined processes

• Research of the new and relevant regulations and legislation relevant to the business operations

Your skills will include

• Experience leading an accounting/finance department
• Good knowledge of German HGB and taxation regulations
• Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, FACT is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G-Suite
• Experience working with Datev Suite and other ERP software
