Job Description

As a Senior Android Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers. **Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code * Work together with iOS & Android Engineers, Web and Analytics Engineers * Communicate with multi-functional teams to streamline the workflow * Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product * Conduct design reviews and code reviews to maintain high-quality **Requirements:** * Able to design, plan, and implement complex technical solutions * Strong knowledge of Android SDK, and different versions of Android OS * Knowledge of Android material design guidelines, and best practices for the platform * Experience with Kotlin coroutines and Android Jetpack Architecture Components * Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle * Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications * Working knowledge of tools such as GIT, Jenkins, etc * Strong knowledge of unit and instrumentation testing * 5+ years of total experience in the software industry * Strong experience with Android UI components * Familiarity with Agile methodologies * Well-spoken and written knowledge of the English language (B2+) * Computer Science or a similar degree

Must have:

Design, build, and maintain efficient code
Strong knowledge of Android SDK
Experience with Kotlin coroutines
Solid understanding of mobile development life cycle
5+ years of software industry experience
Strong experience with Android UI components
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
English language proficiency (B2+)

Good to have:

Knowledge of Android material design guidelines
Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Working knowledge of tools such as GIT, Jenkins
Strong knowledge of unit and instrumentation testing

As a Senior Android Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
