Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for: 
Senior FP&A Analyst

Your future role:

• Taking part in producing ongoing financial forecasts for the current and plan years, 
• Support the annual Business Planning Process and strategy performance criteria, 
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to produce accurate and timely reports, supporting decision-making processes,
• Support in optimizing month-end closing processes to ensure timely closing while coordinating and reporting with other functions during MEC,
• Prepare dashboards supporting various business initiatives and projects.

Apply if you have:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration,
• 1+ year functional experience in  FP&A, R2R (complex role incl. period close, audit support, reconciliations, transformation programs),
• Fluent English (second foreign language nice to have),
• Proficiency in Excel,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail,
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to have:

• CIMA or ACCA studies in progress,
• LSS Certificates,
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
