Senior Designer

At adhouse™ we help ambitious entrepreneurs start & scale eCommerce brands. We are growing and are looking for a Junior Designer (m/f/d). You can expect to work with some of the most exciting international eCommerce brands, a young & dynamic team that is a lot of fun to work with, and plenty of room for personal development.

• You will brief, manage, and ensure high creative quality on ad creatives (motion & static) for all clients
• You will design and art direct on your own, working with other members of the team to ensure high level creative development and quality from start to finish
• You will develop consistent ads for multiple clients from different verticals, such as lifestyle, tech and b2b
• You will provide guidance and support to Junior Designers
• You will collaborate with a variety of teams, such as our media buyers to concept ads and brainstorm for new client campaigns

• 3-6 years experience
• Expert in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite
• A keen eye for aesthetics combined with a deep understanding of performance marketing
• Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and collaborate with various teams
• Experience in leading concept ideation for ads and marketing campaigns
• Strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach, able to work independently
• Motion Design experience preferred
• German & English Proficiency
• Remote within CET time zone
