Who are we looking for?

As Senior Digital Creative Producer within the North America Brand Planning & Operations organization, you will drive the end-to-end creative process, partnering closely with a creative lead, and ushering concepts into digital experiences. You will partner with creative, marketing, planning, integrated media and digital teams across North America Brand Marketing to define project scope, budget and timing, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and on brief. As you track and manage creative workstreams, you will proactively remove obstacles, elevate risk, and protect the creative intent and team bandwidth. You are highly organized, efficient and results driven. An expert in managing and tracking creative projects and account management, you balance the tactical needs of creative delivery with the communication skills required to handle partner desires and realities. You will assist in the onboarding of new digital producers and you will partner with operations leadership to drive existing processes and create new ones, contributing to new ways of working, and leveraging tools to report on project and team health.

Job duties include (and are not limited to):
  • Participate in the development and documentation of standards and best practices to streamline operations.
  • Seek and share new ways of working to improve our tools, processes, and time to market.
  • Be an expert on our digital platforms and our standard set of project management tools and advocate for their consistent use.
  • Intake marketing briefs and define end-to-end scope and timeline, including creative development, photoshoot requirements, and digital production needs.
  • Track budget and all deliverables from asset needs to digital executions throughout the creative project lifecycle in project management, creative development, and asset management tools.
  • Develop and communicate timelines, deliverables, next steps, and project plans to project teams and partners.
  • Partner with Nike procurement on ways of working with external partners and creating alignment across NA marketing to ensure consistency in production standards throughout our CFOPs and digital and retail teams.
  • Contact and scope projects with production partners and agencies and attend photoshoots as needed.
  • Be an expert and ensure adherence to Nike production best practices.
  • Own the initiation and set up of Figma project folders and Figma files.
  • Partner with Digital Creative Producers on larger projects.
  • Be responsible for understanding, communicating, and updating agency workloads and elevate and resolve any bandwidth or prioritization risks by working with studio operations leads.
  • Support creatives through the process by procuring existing assets, tracking changes and feedback, and resolving questions that arise during the creative process.
  • Attend and facilitate stakeholder creative reviews and ensure clear feedback to creative team.
  • Work with in-house creatives or agency contacts to package up & deliver final files to partners.
  • Conduct audits post-launch. Log identified issues and communicate with partners as needed.

Requirements for the position include:
  • Demonstrated project management and process excellence.
  • Knowledge of photography, motion and post-production.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in design, client or agency-side, managing projects end-to end from brief, through production, to final consumer-delivery.
  • Experience being a mentor or team lead with a focus on developing the skills and abilities of more junior teammates.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating experience delivering consumer-facing work within digital experiences.
  • Experience managing workstreams in Mac OSX, Adobe CS, Figma, Keynote, and project management tools such as Airtable.
  • Working knowledge of today's social channels, digital platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to cast, scope, collaborate, and effectively manage external partners, building good relationships within the creative and production industry.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, budget planning, management and reconciliation.
  • A seasoned and strong ability to problem solve through project challenges
  • Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to team leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, crafting effective emails, and developing presentation materials as needed.
  • Experience working in an organization that relies heavily on cross-functional partnership for project goal completion.
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts in process models as needed.
  • Experience building relationships, interacting with all levels of leadership, and understanding and valuing cultural differences.
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience.
