What is this role, really?
- At GrowthX, the Creative Studio is working to build a media house. We deeply believe in the role of content to build an audience, and are suckers for the nuances of delivering it.
- The role requires someone who takes charge and can make the hard calls. Producers at GrowthX are creative first problem solvers who are obsessed with finding the answers. This is a role that it is highly critical on making the calls and understanding how to research to find hard things quickly. If you are dedicated and love turning an idea into a reality, this is your role.
- Our ideal candidate above all else, will need to be adaptable and thrive under pressure. We work on short timetables to keep up with our schedule, and this role especially has to know when to make adjustments and when to push back on asks that may derail a shoot’s timeline and budget.
- Our business is thriving, our customer base continues to grow, and we believe the impact of this role will fuel our company to grow in unprecedented ways. As our creative producer, you’ll give life and shape to how the world perceives GrowthX on the outside.
What you’ll be doing?
- Collaborating with creative strategists on our team to understand feasibility of bits and scenes
- Own everything production for an in-house studio
- Working with the team to prioritize tasks needed to execute bits and scenes
- Researching hard to find people, locations, and props
- Negotiation with vendors, locations and any other big components for a video
- Working with the team with day to day tasks for the overall video
- Pitching options and visuals to creative strategists
- Picking up the phone, building relationships, and getting past the answer no
- Understand how to think creative first, production second
- Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
- Build a pipeline of guests for our podcast IP (GrowthX Inner Circle)

Your Technical Skills & Experience
- 1-3+ years of designing artefacts across social channels.
- Maestro with tools like: Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A deep desire to understand user needs, clearly define solutions and deliver those through thoughtful design.
- Insight into what makes users select your content among a stream of hundred other options.
Bonus Points
- Previous startup experience (you have thrived in an unstructured, ambiguous environment)
- You are a Figma advocate and you are part of different design communities.
- You have dabbled in video editing and have basic knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro and After
- Effects, or equivalent video-editing tools.
- Experience designing thumbnails and infographics.
