Job Description

This position requires a Senior Environment Concept Artist to collaborate closely with the art director and core production team in the development of a global, realistic AAA action game. Responsibilities include participating in the formulation and implementation of the project's art direction, developing world background and visuals, creating a design language, providing conceptual analysis and design for level layouts and game props, and conducting long-term exploration of the game IP's art style and aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have strong traditional art skills, a deep understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, environment, architecture, and graphic design, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience working in a AAA environment art team is highly preferred.

Must have:

5+ years game industry experience
Strong traditional art skills
AAA environment art team experience
Excellent communication
Proficient in 3D software
Collaboration with 3D artists

Good to have:

3D software and engine proficiency

4.优秀的传统艺术功底，对构图、色彩理论、透视、灯光、环境、建筑、平面设计有很强的掌握；
5.5年以上游戏行业经验，拥有在 AAA 环境艺术团队工作经验者优先；
6.熟悉 3D 软件和引擎试用者优先。
