Role Overview

An integral part of the Chinese Sales team, this role will be client-centric, territorial, and operational. The role has an emphasis on growing and preserving company revenue, selling all available service lines offerings, and developing Cross-Selling opportunities with new and existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

1,Sell Keywords Service offerings for all available Service Lines, working with Global Business Development Director and China Country Manager.

2,Maintain professional standards and conduct during all Sales activities, reflecting Keywords Studios commitment to industry leadership.

3,Preserve and safeguard current client revenue, by maintaining relationships with key decision makers within clients; growing client engagement level with Keywords based on these relationships

4,Engage with clients as an ambassador of Keywords Studios, to problem solve as a trusted partner

5,Maintain service offering education level, to provide most up-to-date solutions offered by Keywords.

6,Visit clients, represent Keywords at conferences, develop business, build and maintain a professional network of clients, map white spaces at Keywords’ Chinese clients in order to prospect for new leads and convert them into opportunities, successfully close opportunities so they generate new revenue for Keywords to achieve quarterly and annual targets for “New” revenue

Skills & Experience Required
任职资格:
1,Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience in gaming industry.
至少3-5年游戏行业销售经验
2,Excellent Chinese and English communication (written and verbal) skills.

3,Customer-oriented skill (listening skill, ability to understand goals, general business knowledge).

4,Flexibility and natural intelligence in responding to various customer scenarios.

5,Very good communication skill and outstanding phone skills, presentation skills

6,Knowledge of game dev, game art, localization, player support, testing is essential.
