We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager - FP&A, you'll be responsible for:
- Develop and present performance reports and quarterly business reviews, translating key drivers into actionable insights for senior management
- Provide clear financial analysis, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with business systems to optimize business models and enhance operational and financial processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Analyze month-end variances, drive cost-saving initiatives, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize profitability
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language
