Job Description

Zscaler seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for its FP&A team. Responsibilities include developing performance reports and quarterly business reviews, providing financial analysis (variance analysis), collaborating on business model optimization, leading budgeting and forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance metric alignment. The role also involves analyzing month-end variances, driving cost-saving initiatives, and developing risk mitigation and profitability maximization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in the HiTech or SaaS/Technology industry.
Must have:
  • Master's degree in Finance/related field
  • 3-5 years relevant experience (HiTech/SaaS)
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Advanced Excel
  • Develop performance reports & quarterly reviews
  • Financial analysis & variance analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Tableau and SQL

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager - FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and present performance reports and quarterly business reviews, translating key drivers into actionable insights for senior management
  • Provide clear financial analysis, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business systems to optimize business models and enhance operational and financial processes
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Analyze month-end variances, drive cost-saving initiatives, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize profitability

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language
