Key accountabilities:
Programme Oversight and Progress Monitoring: Oversees the entire programme lifecycle, with a focus on monitoring budgets, milestones, resource allocation, and interdependencies to ensure that projects progress as planned.
Leadership and Programme Guidance: Provides overall leadership and guidance to the programme team, bringing technical expertise in programme management. Leads all aspects of programme delivery, from requirements analysis and business case creation to planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP) is highly desirable, demonstrating advanced knowledge and commitment to best practices in programme and project management.
Extensive Programme Management Experience: Proven track record in leading and delivering complex programmes and projects, ideally with experience managing high-stakes, cross-functional programmes in dynamic and regulated industries.
