セールスフォース・ジャパンの営業組織で金融業界(銀行・証券・カード・保険業等)を担当するエンタープライズ営業部長のポジションです。MuleSoft はアプリケーション、データ、デバイスを接続するためのiPaaSとAPI Lifecycle Managementの両方の特性を持つ統合型プラットフォームの機能優位性を生かしながら、エンタープライズアーキテクチャの変革をリードするソリューションとサービスを世界中で提供しています。
ビジネスの変革スピード・顧客体験の向上スピードの向上や、新サービスの提供、ビジネスプロセスの自動化などあらゆる金融機関が取り組んでいるDigital Transfomationのイニシアチブを実現するための支援を行っております。
そのため、お客様の顕在化している課題解決に留まらない「ビジョン」を明確に示し、それぞれの銀行や保険会社のグループ全体はもちろんのこと業界全体に大きなインパクトを与えるようなプロジェクトに関わるチャンスが多い営業職です。当然、担当するソリューション・サービスを紹介・導入するだけにとどまらず「大手金融機関の未来を変革していく」という醍醐味を味わえる非常にエキサイティングな環境になります。

<業務内容>
-中・大規模商談の創出からクロージングのリードと指南
-売上最大化に向けたアクションプランの実行
-管掌テリトリーに対する中長期での戦略策定
-営業人材の育成・コーチング
-営業メンバー及び関連する部署を含めたチームビルディング
-各種営業マネジメント業務等

<求められる経験・マインド>
- 日本の金融業界のITを変えたい、金融業界で新たなマーケットを創出していくことに情熱を注ぎたいというマインドセット
- 大手金融機関の経営層、マネジメント層に対する直販営業経験
- 営業マネジメント経験(或いはそれに準ずる経験(応相談))
-人財を育てつつ、自身も成長していきたいというマインドセット
- 社内の関連部署のリソースを適切に巻き込み、チームセリングできるリーダーシップ
- 英語力歓迎
