Job Details

Spectarium is a remote-first, ambitious company pioneering in the creation of top-tier cross-platform action RPG games. We design at the frontier of gaming, continuously innovating to enrich the gaming experience for our players.

Our team is made up of passionate individuals from some of the biggest names in the gaming industry. From Riot to EA, Epic to Jagex, and Plarium to our own small beginnings, we've come together to create something truly remarkable.

As Senior Marketing Manager at Spectarium, you’ll be our first marketing hire and own the entire function—from go-to-market planning to paid user acquisition, community building, social presence, and everything in between. It’s for someone who wants to get their hands dirty, build something meaningful, and be a key part of a team shipping something great.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute our marketing strategy for soft launch, global release, and live operations.
  • Run paid UA campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and optimize for CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Take ownership of our App Store and Play Store presence—ASO, screenshots, trailers, A/B testing.
  • Build and grow our community, with a strong presence on Discord, Twitter/X, and wherever our players live.
  • Plan and create content—trailers, dev updates, memes, posts, feature drops—with or without external partners.
  • Collaborate with dev and product teams to time launches, highlight features, and communicate updates clearly and effectively.
  • Work directly with influencers and creators to amplify reach in a way that feels real, not forced.
  • Set up and iterate on lifecycle marketing: email, push, in-game messages.
  • Analyze player data and campaign results to make smart, fast decisions and adjust course where needed.
  • Act as the player voice in the company—help us build what people want to play and come back to.

  • 4–6 years in game marketing, with at least one successful F2P game launch under your belt.
  • You know how to balance performance marketing and brand building—and when each matters most.
  • You’ve set up and managed ad campaigns, ASO, influencer deals, and content drops yourself.
  • You’re comfortable operating solo in the beginning—and excited by the chance to build a team over time.
  • You’re collaborative, proactive, and allergic to fluff.
  • You play games. You understand players. You care about the details.

Bonuses

  • Experience working in a startup or small studio environment.
  • Familiarity with cross-platform strategy (mobile → PC/console).
  • Hands-on with tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Braze, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • You’ve built and nurtured a community from scratch.
