As a detail-oriented LiveOps QA Specialist, you will ensure the flawless execution of LiveOps campaigns in our mobile games. This role involves testing and validating LiveOps setups before launch, contributing to broader live operations initiatives. Responsibilities include testing and validating campaigns using in-house tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring live events, setting up and managing A/B testing, and continuously improving testing processes. You'll also work closely with various teams to ensure high-quality releases and analyze game data to boost player engagement and monetization.
Must have:
  • 1+ year of QA testing experience, especially in LiveOps.
  • Strong attention to detail to catch errors before release.
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing fixes.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
  • Keen interest in gaming, particularly mobile games.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Firebase (A/B Testing, Remote Configs, Crashlytics).
  • Experience with presenting research results.

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented LiveOps QA/Specialist to ensure the flawless execution of LiveOps campaigns in our mobile games. This role focuses on testing and validating LiveOps setups before launch while also contributing to broader live operations initiatives.
  • Test and validate LiveOps campaigns using custom in-house tools to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify functionality before launch, identifying and reporting issues early.
  • Monitor live events, swiftly addressing any issues that arise to ensure seamless player experiences.
  • Set up and manage A/B testing initiatives to optimize player retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Continuously improve testing processes to enhance the efficiency and reliability of LiveOps deployments.
  • Work closely with Production, QA, Art, and Economy teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with analysts to analyze game data, uncovering ways to boost player engagement and monetization.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in QA testing, particularly in LiveOps, game events, or content updates.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to catch setup errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases before release.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and implementing necessary fixes with urgency.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach to debugging LiveOps issues.
  • Experience with Firebase (A/B Testing, Remote Configs, Crashlytics) is a plus.
  • A keen interest in gaming, particularly mobile games and live event-driven gameplay.
  • Experience with presenting the results of research to various teams in a company.
