Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Valeo, you will be crucial in identifying, attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent. Job Summary:  As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, assessing, and hiring the best talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Your work will have a direct impact on the success and growth of our company.  

Responsibilities:  • Execute full life cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and conducting new employee orientations.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify top talent within and outside the company.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

* Support and deployment of branding strategy

* Strong collaboration with Educational Institutions

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience in corporate recruitment or human resources.
Proven track record of successfully filling open positions quickly and efficiently.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
Technical Skills:  Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
Knowledge of internet recruitment sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
Experience with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
