The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will lead and guide a team of 10-15 direct reports in a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product. Responsibilities include managing employee scheduling and performance, overseeing daily floor performance, and providing technical support to both customers and staff. The supervisor will also identify operational enhancements, participate in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and develop, mentor, and coach team members. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators and upholding high-quality standards in a collaborative work environment, with work hours from 6:00 pm to 4:30 am or 9:00 pm to 7:30 am PST, including a weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Description

Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor (Pleasanton, CA)

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 10-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product.

Your role:

  • Manage scheduling and performance for Clinical Wireless employees, oversee daily floor performance, and provide technical support to both customers and staff.

  • Identify operational enhancements and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Develop, mentor, and coach team members, and contribute to the implementation and reinforcement of policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with other leaders to ensure effective team performance.

  • Work within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to monitor key performance indicators and uphold high-quality standards within a collaborative work environment.

  • This role requires working from 6:00pm-4:30am or 9:00pm to 7:30am PST (four 10-hour shifts) including a weekend and holiday rotation.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician, 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician or 3+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.

  • Your skills include a high technical aptitude and computer skills, are proficient with Microsoft Office software, can operate in various technological mediums, are able to adapt to change and are able to lead and guide a team.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re an energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and remaining flexible. Additionally, strong listening and patience are key attributes.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Pleasanton, CA is $69,000 to $111,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Pleasanton, CA.
