As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Serve as a servant leader and coach to Scrum Teams, ensuring the implementation of Agile practices, ceremonies, and methodologies. Drive adherence to SAFe principles and frameworks.
- Scrum Team Management: Guide and mentor Scrum Teams in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration. Foster a high-performing team environment and promote continuous improvement.
- SAFe Implementation: Lead the adoption and implementation of SAFe principles, practices, and frameworks across the organization. Help teams understand and apply concepts such as Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Program Increments (PIs), and Value Streams.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams located in different regions, such as India, USA, and South America. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between team members for successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, including Product Owners, business leaders, and other teams. Ensure clear communication, alignment, and understanding of project goals and priorities.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and address conflicts or issues within the Scrum Team or between different teams. Facilitate resolution and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Agile Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to individuals, teams, and leaders on Agile practices, values, and mindset. Enhance teams' Agile maturity and ensure continuous learning and growth.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report project progress, team velocity, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide visibility into project status and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, efficiency gains, and quality
- improvement within the Scrum Team and the organization.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, SAFe principles, and best practices. Foster knowledge sharing and learning across teams.

Required skills
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Upper intermediate English level.
- Proven experience working with Scrum Teams in a senior or leadership role.
- Experience working in global environments, collaborating with teams across different regions, such as India, USA, and South America.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including remote teams.
- Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to address issues and promote collaboration within and between teams.
- Proficient in tracking and reporting project progress using relevant Agile metrics and tools.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on driving Agile transformation and continuous learning within the organization.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certifications, are highly desirable.
