Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Sitetracker, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with global business objectives. Your role involves turning strategies into action, building plans, managing risks, and delivering real business value. You will act as a connector between teams, fostering stakeholder alignment, and providing updates to executives. You will also work on improving delivery processes by standardizing tools and processes. This includes focusing on ROI and resource optimization to ensure successful customer outcomes. In the initial months, you will establish an understanding of the operational, technical, and customer landscape and build relationships with stakeholders. Within a year, you will lead multiple project implementations, standardize project delivery frameworks, and serve as a strategic advisor.

Must have:

You’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects that span departments and time zones, breaking down silos and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
With a focus on delivery, reporting, and resource optimization, you’ll act as the trusted link between strategic vision and operational delivery. What You'll Do:
You’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from start to finish—keeping them on time, on budget, and aligned with global business goals. You’ll turn strategy into action by building clear plans, managing risks, and driving results that deliver real business value.
You’ll be the go-to connector across teams, breaking down silos and keeping stakeholders aligned across time zones. You’ll own governance and reporting, provide sharp updates to execs, and ensure every project meets PMO standards.
You’ll improve how we deliver, standardizing tools and processes to boost efficiency and visibility. With a focus on ROI and resource optimization, you’ll help make sure every initiative moves the needle and ensure our customers are set up for success on the Sitetracker platform

The Skills You'll Have:

Project Management
Will be able to at any one time handle several software projects implementation simultaneously (both waterfall and agile type at SME and Enterprise level customer) across multiple regions (ANZ & Asia) without losing focus or dropping the ball.
Can quickly assess urgency and impact to reallocate time and resources accordingly.
Will process data in multiple formats to generate report/dashboard required for the project monitoring
Will manage scoping and be able to balance expectations and needs of various stakeholders (internal and external) across regions.
Can analyse the “why” behind every issue/decision and propose initiatives to align them with long-term business goals.
Confidently presents to and influences C-level executives.
Uses analytics, KPIs, and real-time metrics to build dashboards, and/or presentation to steer decisions and show impact.

Relationship Management
Ability to identify, map, and prioritize all relevant stakeholders (executives, business users, technical teams, vendors).
Builds trusted relationships by understanding stakeholder goals, pain points, and communication preferences.
Creates a unified project environment to promote transparency and shared ownership of goals and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Has the ability to deliver clear, concise, and tailored communication across all levels, from end-users to C-suite.
Will effectively influence without authority by presenting data-driven insights, risks, and trade-offs.
Can unify misaligned teams and turn around strained relationships or at-risk projects.
Emphasises in creating long-lasting partnerships with stakeholders that extend beyond the lifecycle of a single project.

Technical Aptitude
Demonstrates comfort at excelling in technical terminology to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Savvy in using technical tools for project tracking and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Have familiarity with cloud platforms (Salesforce) and the underlying deployment/data load concepts.
Has a sound grasp of data models, relational databases, and reporting tools
Will lead technically complex implementations involving salesforce cloud migration, custom development, and enterprise-wide integration.
Will demonstrate capability of conducting high-level architecture and discussions with senior engineers or solution architects.
Reads and understands technical documentation, architecture diagrams, APIs, and data flow designs.

Process Design and Improvement
Understands workflows/business processes and Identifies pain points, bottlenecks, and redundancies
Drive collaboration with SMEs, users, and architects to validate the proposed changes/improvements
Can balance the need for global standardisation with necessary regional or legal customisations
Will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions across regions to co-design future processes.
Can build consensus and manage competing priorities between global and local teams.
Create tailored rollouts for countries with different change-readiness levels.
Look to establish governance models to maintain consistency and evolution

Within 90 Days, You'll:

Establish a comprehensive understanding of the Sitetracker’s operational, technical, and customer’s landscape to align software implementation goals with business priorities.
Understand current project readiness (tools, resources, teams, timelines) and identify major risks, gaps, and dependencies across projects.
Build relationships with executive stakeholders, regional leaders, and key cross-functional teams to ensure support from the relevant stakeholders for the project success.
Understand and apply Sitetracker’s methodology and delivery playbook, including governance model, and metrics of success.
Deliver an executive-level presentation on early insights, budget, issue/risk mitigation strategies, and implementation timeline

Within 180 Days, You'll:

Successfully launch and complete at least one full implementation, demonstrating measurable value and scalability.
Optimize implementation processes by introducing standardization in each step of the project development life-cycle.
Drive a data-driven feedback loop across teams to continuously refine implementation efficiency, user engagement, and team performance.
Secure high satisfaction ratings from regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing region-specific nuances.
Build trust and alignment with C-level executives and other stakeholders, tailoring communication to each while managing expectations and project trade-offs

Within 365 Days, You'll:

Lead the successful end-to-end implementation for at least 3 projects across all planned regions, including one complex enterprise Salesforce deployment with integration/custom dev components with documented ROI and executive endorsement.
Achieve and exceed target KPIs for system adoption, operational efficiency gains, and end-user satisfaction across all regions.
Standardize end-to-end project delivery and governance framework, enabling consistent execution, stakeholder engagement, and post-deployment value realization across projects across regions.
Serve as strategic advisor to executives, influencing roadmap decisions and new business initiatives using insights from analytics, retrospectives, and post-mortems.
Create a repeatable regional rollout playbook, including process maps, stakeholder engagement plans, risk escalation models, and change-readiness matrices tailored by country.
