Job Description
The Senior Visual Designer at Enphase Energy will be responsible for defining the entire design process, creating graphics (illustrations, logos, layouts, photos), and shaping the visual aspects of various platforms. This role involves collaborating with content creators and the marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics for websites, marketing materials, and more. Responsibilities include developing brand assets, maintaining design guidelines, producing creative assets for multiple channels (web, social media, events, etc.), ensuring quality control, and presenting work to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in graphics and visual design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong understanding of graphic, print, web design, and design for mobile and desktop applications.

The Senior Visual Designer will define the entire process of requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
Senior Visual Designer will create graphics and visuals which will capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. You will collaborate closely with our content creators, marketing and creative team to bring ideas to life and deliver the comp.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience.
- Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts
- Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations.
- Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.
- Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.
- Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of industry experience in graphics and visual design.
- Proficiency with full Adobe creative suite and Figma
- Extensive knowledge of Graphic Design, Print Design/Layout, Web Design and Development, with experience in design/development for both mobile and desktop applications.
- Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
- Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design-related discipline or relevant industry experience
- Previous work in marketing with multi-touch point design
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
