Your New Role

As a key member of the EMEA Subscriber Acquisition team, reporting to the Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation, this role focuses on driving subscriber growth and revenue for Max & Discovery+ across the EMEA region.

The CMS Specialist and Designer will design, prototype, and build subscription acquisition pages using front-end development tools and prototyping applications to support marketing campaigns, landing pages, and in-app experiences.

The role emphasises improving conversion rates by testing and optimising pages, while collaborating closely with developers and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of strategies. Additionally, it involves developing and executing SEO strategies to boost page visibility in search engine results.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for entertainment and digital marketing, with expert knowledge in CMS and Figma, and intermediate JavaScript, CSS and HTML skills. They should also have a solid understanding of CRO and SEO practices and analytical tools for tracking improvements. Proficiency in Adobe Cloud tools, particularly Photoshop, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and diplomatically present ideas are also required.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Develop and build user-friendly Max.com web pages using CMS tools.
  • Own the management of existing web pages ensuring relevancy of content
  • Create and test pages/modules to enhance conversion rates.
  • Implement SEO practices to improve content visibility in search engines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimise acquisition pages.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend page optimisation strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • Expert-level knowledge of CMS and Figma.
  • Intermediate knowledge of CSS and HTML.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JSON.
  • Extensive experience with SEO and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Clear, confident, and diplomatic communication skills.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
