About the Team
User Voice aims to serve as the link between Canva and its users. Our main goal is to assist and educate our customers by delivering quick, precise, localized, and empowering solutions to any challenges they face while using Canva.
Our dedicated Multilingual Team is committed to ensuring that our non-English speaking customers enjoy the same high standard of service as all other users.
About the Role
As a Service Escalation Expert, we provide exceptional support for users with complex issues, bridging frontline support and other teams. This role enhances user satisfaction and retention through empathy and proactive problem-solving. Collaborating with a diverse team, this role offers insights to improve support processes and user experience, helping us empower the world to design and publish freely.
