Job Summary

Job Description

As a member of the shipping department, you will be responsible for the independent handling and processing of national and international shipping orders, including the coordination of transport operations and the creation of all relevant shipping documents, the full support of customs processing for third countries including cooperation with authorities, as well as the correct invoicing in accordance with the applicable shipping regulations. The job is a parental leave replacement, limited until May 2026.

Must have:

Completed vocational training, e.g., freight forwarder or similar
Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form, fluent German
Good Microsoft Office and ERP skills (e.g., Microsoft Navision)

Good to have:

Further training or first professional experience in logistics environment
Training in customs, air & sea freight is an advantage

Wie werden Sie einen Unterschied machen?

Als Mitglied der Versandabteilung sind Sie verantwortlich für die eigenständige Disposition und Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Versandaufträgen, einschließlich der Koordination von Transportvorgängen und Erstellung aller relevanten Versanddokumente, die vollumfängliche Betreuung der Zollabwicklung für Drittländer inklusive der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, sowie die korrekte Rechnungsstellung gemäß den geltenden Versandvorschriften.

Was möchten wir über Sie wissen?

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene fachbezogene Ausbildung, z.B. Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbar
Sie haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung im logistischen Umfeld sowie eine Neigung zu kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten; Weiterbildungen im Zollwesen, Luft- & Seefrachtwesen sind von Vorteil
Sie zeichnet unternehmerisches und logistisches Denken sowie eine eigenständige, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise aus
gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
Gute Microsoft Office und ERP-Kenntnisse (z.B. Microsoft Navision)
Zu Ihren Stärken zählen Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Belastbarkeit

Wie sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus?

Disponieren von Versandaufträgen (National und International)
Festlegen von Versandcharakteristiken basierend auf gültigen Logistikrichtlinien und Kundenanforderungen
Überwachung der termin- sowie sachgerechten Auftragsabwicklung beginnend ab Fertigstellung der Produktion, sowie Erstellung von Gegenmaßnahmen zur Termineinhaltung und/oder Anpassung von Lieferplänen
Koordination von internen Transportvorgänge * Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Frachtpapieren und Lieferscheinen
Zusammenarbeit mit Zollämtern, IHK und anderen Behörden
Erstellung von Ursprungszeugnissen
Einholung, Prüfung, Ausstellung und Archivierung von Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen
Vollumfängliche Erstellung von Versandmappen zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und kundengerechten Verzollung
Verwaltung der Zollabwicklung und -formalitäten
Rechnungsstellung nach Versandvorschriften
