Position Overview: 

The Senior HRIS Analyst (Human Resources Information System Analyst) partners with stakeholders to identify best practice technical solutions that enhance our integrations, streamline and automate HR data delivery and synchronization. A data steward with a high level of focus on security, accuracy, and integrity of HR data. This role will report to the Director, HR Operations.   

Key Responsibilities   

• Serve as a consultative partner gathering requirements and translating into technical design.  
• Develop Reports, Interfaces and Workflows solutions using Oracle supported toolset i.e, Oracle BI Publisher, APIs. 
• Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades and data in HRIS platform (Oracle) to ensure data integrity and consistency. 
• Maintain technical documentation. 

Required Experience/Skills   

• 3+ years’ experience with development and support, with some experience supporting Oracle PL/SQL, DB and writing stored procedures and functions.  
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented 
• Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data 

Preferred Experience/Skills   

• Bachelor's degree preferred, business, computer science and/or human resources  
• Experience with data modelling and data mapping skills. 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and application report tools.   
• Experience supporting middleware platforms such as Boomi.
