Job Description

This is a Learning & Development internship focused on providing hands-on experience within the AriensCo dealer community. The intern will support the National Retailer resources, coordinate sales meetings, review learning designs, apply adult learning models, and develop/deliver training sessions. They will also work with SMEs to understand new technologies and product development. This role provides a comprehensive understanding of how manufacturers influence dealership financial performance, market share, employee retention, and development through training and education. The intern will gain experience in professional opportunities, cross-functional team collaboration, and project management.
Must have:
  • Update National Retailer resources and training materials.
  • Coordinate National Sales Meeting and Dealer Summit.
  • Apply adult learning models in training programs.
  • Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Partner with SMEs to understand emerging technologies.
  • Conduct needs analysis to upskill the dealer workforce.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a motivated and passionate Learning & Development Intern seeking practical, hands-on experience with the AriensCo dealer community. This support role, located in Brillion, WI, is ideal for students looking to gain comprehensive, interactive learning on how manufacturers impact dealership financial performance, market share, employee retention, and development through training and education.

THE DAY TO DAY…

  • Update our National Retailer resources including Product Knowledge Articles, Workday Content & other training materials

  • Coordinate National Sales Meeting and Dealer Summit

  • Learning & Development Design reviews

  • Adult learning model application

  • Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions

  • Coordinate in-person training events

  • Partner with SMEs to understand emerging technologies and new product development

  • Conduct needs analysis and seek ways to upskill the dealer workforce

  • Speaking with impact in front of small and large groups via different presentation mediums

  • Time management

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a Bachelor’s degree

  • Must have completed the sophomore year (or equivalent for Associate program candidates) in the major program of study

  • Must have and maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0/4.0
