Responsibility:

 Lead a team of SoMe and Community Managers spread across our portfolio of projects, ensuring appropriate resources and support for each project and language.

 Design and implement regional Community Strategies, creating unique optimizations based on unique cultural and linguistic factors.

 Own Community reporting, helping tell the story of both overall community efforts and individual campaigns.

 Gather player feedback and provide rich reporting on player sentiment.

 Improve user engagement through different channels and platforms.

 Work closely with both regional and international partners to satisfy internal stakehold needs and create holistic campaigns in support of partner efforts.

 Work closely with product and marketing team to improve community and country insights.

Requirements:

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree and above. Native English speaker.

 More than 8 years of community management and operations experience for a digital entertainment brand, ideally in the video game sector.

 Mature and professional team management and leadership

 Good understanding of WEU market trends, know the pop-culture/entertainment/internet market in France in order to build relevant, local content.

 Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok. You will also be in charge of programme deployment on platforms like Discord and Twitch.

 A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in the mobile games market and ideally a passion for competitive gaming. You will be the voice of our game to the players in your markets, so some experience of speaking at public events is required along with the ability to empathise with the varied needs of different player types.

 Able to communicate and work closely with the Western European team, adapt to different time zones, be able to respond to team requests in a timely manner.

 High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency.

 Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
