We’re looking to hire a Sr. Digital Tag Management Associate for a financial services client. As a seasoned professional in digital pixel tagging and advertising operations, this role provides crucial support to both owned and paid media by executing, implementing, and advising on tagging pages for digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business lines and technical teams. This position requires expertise in on-site tagging, a deep understanding of paid media reporting, and a commitment to innovation while ensuring data privacy compliance.
This is a project opportunity through the end of 2024. The role is located in Chicago, IL, or Wilmington, DE, working 3x/week in the office and 2x/week remotely.
Sr. Digital Tag Management Associate Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with paid media teams to provide strategic consultation across search, social, mobile, display, and video, driving innovation and resolving escalations.
- Maintain governance and best practices for tagging and media/ad operations.
- Implement digital media tags using Tag Management Systems for campaign performance, monitoring, and targeting across platforms like proprietary Tag Management tools, DoubleClick, and Adobe Insight/Site Catalyst.
- Perform quality control checks on team setups, ensuring high standards for execution and campaign launches.
- Work with business partners and technology teams to convert data into meaningful insights, identifying critical data points for delivery to address business needs.
- Ensure adherence to controls for tag deployment, data collection, and protection of user privacy.
- Contribute to the evolution and scalability of tagging procedures and related technologies, providing expert input on digital tag management advancements.
- Review project documentation such as requirements, specifications, and user guides to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Sr. Digital Tag Management Associate Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital tag management.
- 3+ years of digital marketing/advertising experience.
- 3+ years in digital ad operations, site tagging, marketing analytics, and campaign performance measurement using web analytics tools.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe, JIRA, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, Ad Servers, DSPs, and Tag Management Platforms.
