  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and architects to drive innovation and differentiation in hardware—ranging from network taps to medium size chassis systems.
  • Plan and execute development roadmaps, including resource management, hiring, and performance reviews.
  • Define and uphold Gigamon's hardware quality standards across all product lines.
  • Drive adoption of best-in-class tools and development processes.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including ODM, OEM, JDM, and CM.

Who You Are:
  • A seasoned technical leader with a track record of delivering complex networking hardware products at scale.
  • Adept at coaching, mentoring, and managing diverse engineering disciplines, including EE design, PCB, power, SI, optical, diagnostics, compliance, and test.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused, balancing innovation with reliable delivery.
  • Collaborative and communicative, capable of influencing across R&D, product management, and supply chain teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment with the ability to make a company-wide impact.
