Scopely is looking for a Senior Director of Product Performance to join YAHTZEE with Buddies in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.
You will be part of the game’s senior leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and leading a large team of performance product managers, economy designers, analysts, and CS&VIP managers to drive the Live Operations and Business aspects of the game, as well as support the long term Roadmap. This role entails leading a large cross-functional team to provide innovative, engaging experiences for our players. You will help streamline the execution of in-game events, content, and sales, along with forecasting, setting and delivering on weekly and monthly KPI and revenue targets.

YAHTZEE with Buddies is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
- Lead the game as a service, ensuring the player experience and revenues improve month over month. Plan and implement a calendar of live events, offers and new content
- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team of outstanding performance product managers, economy designers, analysts, and CS&VIP managers, that you will lead
- Collaborate with senior leadership members to define the organization, culture, and processes that make Scopely the most admired and innovative company in the mobile F2P space. Help define the overall roadmap for the game, based on the current product needs, organizational needs, and strategic objectives
- Forecast weekly and monthly KPI targets, in conjunction with senior leadership, and develop your team to meet or exceed these forecasts
- Analyze and supervise key metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to evaluate user trends and behaviors, as well as game economy opportunities and concerns, optimizing as vital to address deficiencies
- Leverage quantitative insights (via the Analytics team), qualitative data (via Community, CS, etc.), competitive analysis, and your own familiarity with the game to provide an outstanding experience that will keep players coming back for years
What We’re Looking For
- Experience defining the monetization strategy for casual F2P games
- Experience live operating casual mobile F2P games
- Experience forecasting and delivering on revenue/meaningful data for a live game
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
