  • Proactively engage with VP-level executives and senior leaders across multiple functions to align workplace services with business goals, anticipating needs and driving key initiatives.

  • Collaborate across Portfolio Management, Program Delivery, and Enterprise Security to deliver a cohesive workplace strategy that supports business priorities.

  • Drive innovation in the workplace experience, finding new ways to elevate the employee experience while supporting Netflix’s evolving needs.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Talent, EHS, AV, Ntech Ops, Events, Internal Comms, Security)  to ensure we are constantly providing a frictionless, safe & secure workplace and responding to incidents that will occur 24/7.

  • Understand Netflix’s evolving business needs and effectively share relevant context with your team and functional partners to ensure they deliver their best work.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and a crazy focus on excellence.

  • A senior leader with the ability to influence VP-level executives and drive strategic initiatives.

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including managing large-scale corporate buildings and leading teams across various functions.
