Your New Role

The Sr Ops Analyst (Temporary) oversees operation and day to day duties related to live events streamed on B/R Live and B/R. This work requires initiative and confidence in making judgement calls.  Objective is to maximize success of operators and mitigate issues.

Your Role Accountabilities

•    Basic to advance understanding of live event production. Preference on sports
-ability to read a production rundown and translate to operators 
•    Interest in sports that doesn’t deter from day to day duties
•    Familiarity with AD coordination line/multipurpose call bridges
•    Basic understanding of live event streaming and/or OTT products
-Including but not limited to: RTMP, HLS, VoD content (mp4 vs MXF), H.264, etc.
•    Basic to advance understanding of the Adobe Suite. Specifically, Premiere. 
-editing, encoding and transcoding 
•    Computer proficiency specific to iMac’s and laptops
•    Understanding of social media and/or curiosity about its integration 
•    Help to manage operators continued learning/achievement 
-effectively train new operators on processes and procedures 
 

Qualifications & Experiences

•    Strong team player who can advocate and represent the B/R Live and B/R operation through troubleshooting, incident reports and variety of communication methods
•    Strong ability to prioritize assignments  
•    Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with and escalate feed/operator/tool issues
•    Must exhibit ability to make confident and level-headed decisions in high-intensity situations
•    Sense of urgency 
•    Curiosity about video streaming and the technology set
•    High attention to detail while maintaining an ability to see the big picture
