Job Description

As a Sr. Technical Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the successful operationalization of the Falcon platform. Your role involves providing strategic, hands-on support to lead customers through the detection, response, and remediation of security incidents. You will conduct kickoff meetings, provide technical onboarding, and deliver status updates. You'll also handle technical discussions about the Falcon platform and best practices, liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and requirements, and actively engage customers via virtual meetings, email, or case management systems. You'll also participate in activities to improve service outcomes, ensuring customers achieve the highest level of success and eliminating threats.
Must have:
  • Customer service skills to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Experience operationalizing endpoint security technology and planning deployments.
  • Knowledge of information security risks and providing customer advice.
Good to have:
  • Proficiency with IT and Systems Management platforms (Active Directory, etc).
  • Proficiency with cloud technology platforms and container workloads.
  • Experience creating customer-facing collateral using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, individuals dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world.

In this role you will join the “Gold Standard” Service Team to provide strategic, hands-on support to lead our customers through the successful operationalization of the Falcon platform to detect, respond, and remediate active security incidents.

The goal is simple – position our customers for the highest level of success and eliminate the threats.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use your security knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform to drive all service objectives to completion and support all customer-related workflows.

  • Produce and deliver service-defined kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, and periodic status updates with the customer.

  • Support technical discussions pertaining to the Falcon platform, associated detections and preventions, and general service-related best practices aligned to the Gold Standard Operating Model.

  • Serve as the liaison with other internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries and operating requirements are fully resolved.

  • Actively engage customers via virtual meeting, email, or case management system.

  • Work with leadership to participate in activities to identify and improve service outcomes which align to CrowdStrike’s mission and strategic goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • Customer Service: The most important aspect of our service is customer success and satisfaction. You must be passionate and take pride in driving our customers to the “Gold Standard” and ensuring all service-related objectives are met.

  • Project Management: This is not a direct project management role, however, the experience and proficiencies of a good project manager are valuable to help ensure our customers success.

  • Endpoint Technology: Existing experience operationalizing Falcon is a big plus, but in general, experience operationalizing leading endpoint security technology and planning enterprise technology deployment is important for this role.

  • Information Security: Experience advising customers on identified information security risks.

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency and experience with common Information Technology and Systems Management platforms (Active Directory/Group Policy, Citrix, SCCM, etc)

  • Proficiency and experience with cloud technology platforms and container workloads (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, etc)

  • Proficiency creating and delivering customer-facing collateral using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Education: 

If you have a BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field…that’s great! The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
