An exciting student position based in Copenhagen where you will;

• Help build financial capabilities required to deliver Maersk’s 2040 decarbonization strategy
• Gain hands-on work experience in the field of financial controlling and performance management within an Energy Trading environment
• 15 to 20-hour work week with flexibility as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare market review and reporting for management review
• Perform risk management controls and identity opportunities for improvement
• Prepare ad-hoc evaluation of markets and products to support finding resolutions
• Identify, develop, and deliver risk process improvements and automations

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor or Master student in the field of International Shipping and Trade, Finance and Business
• Passionate about sustainability, global trade and solving complex business problems
• Advanced user of Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using Power Point
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in an area of high complexity and ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills in English. Danish is not required
• Starting date would be as soon as possible
