Supply Chain Intern

Irvine, California, USA (Onsite)

Position Summary

Thales is seeking a Supply Chain Intern  in Irvine, California. In this role, you will support the Product Demand Specialist team to perform data analysis and cleansing.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Perform an evaluation of the gaps between dates requested by our customers in their POs and committed dates in our SAP ERP for all programs to be delivered before end of the year

• Provide detailed evaluation for PDS/Program Managers to action as needed(request updates PO to customer, revise committed date in SAP)

• Support the PDS team for any data analysis or administrative activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivot Tables/Charts, Vlook-ups, Complex Formulas)

• Power BI

• SAP would be a plus

• Critical thinking

• Problem solving

Special Position Requirements

• Should be a current college/university student in a relevant program of study

Pay Transparency

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC): $20.00 - $25.00 USD per hour
