Job Description

The Supply Chain Planner at Corsair will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and initiating supply chain activities to align with sales orders and forecasts. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving stockouts, managing supplier communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Demand Planning), prioritizing deliveries, and managing outgoing orders. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with MRP and reporting tools, and the ability to manage large datasets. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements, supply chain disruption resolution, and new product launch success.
Must have:
  • 5+ years Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Experience using MRP, analytics tools
  • Cross-functional collaboration & influence
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Mandarin and English fluency
Good to have:
  • High-volume High Tech/Consumer Electronics exp.

This challenging role supports Corsair’s revenue generation and margin goals by proactively identifying and managing risk against our Demand & Supply. The Supply Chain Planner collaborates cross-functionally with internal Corsair teams and fosters the relationships with our ODM partners to ensure supply is aligned to our long range forecasts.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plan, analyze and initiate activities (Purchase Requisition, transfer, rework) for supply alignment to sales orders and forecasts
• Identify the need for and execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure and maximize revenue.
• Act as the main supplier or factory communication conduit for on-order items and forecast demand.
• Review CTB for critical components with suppliers or raw materials needed for assembly in factory and take action accordingly
• Work closely with vendor to ensure on-time delivery performance and compliance
• Engage cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing to prioritize/allocate incoming deliveries, reserve incoming supply and manage outgoing customer orders in a manner to ensure on-time customer deliveries
• Work closely with Demand Planning, Channel Marketing to understand 52 week forecast and manage Supplier Forecasts, EOL and NPI activities
• Continually evaluate and recommend improvements to respective supply chain
• Collaborate on sponsored projects and/or process improvements (including associated cost analysis)
• Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross functional groups and spearhead resolution actions.
• Attend NPI core-team meetings to integrate NPI requirements and ensure new product launch success.

You will need to be an ambitious professional with experience in supply planning, understanding best practices and key principles with a strong analytical thinking. This combined with a strong drive for continuous improvement, excellent communication skills and overall passion to succeed will contribute to your and Corsair’s mutual success.

REQUIRED:
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Supply Chain / Operations Management / Industrial Engineering etc.)
• Experience using MRP, analytics and reporting tools like PowerBI
• Experience collaborating and influencing cross functional stakeholders to identify and synchronize on action plans
• Ability to understand & manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools to distill and report product segment overviews, trends, and summaries.
• Professional integrity in all internal and external engagements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak and read Mandarin and English
