Team Lead, .NET Development

We are looking for a strong technical person who can provide leadership to a scrum team and develop features for our flagship products suite called Oasis 360. The candidate would be responsible for building team, managing performance and sprint assignments for the team.
You will be working with a scrum team responsible for building and maintaining systems focusing on Oasis product suite and closely integrated with other product suites that enables the core Systems business.
You will be responsible for developing new product features and execute product roadmap which will be the key for our global business growth and build and mentor a high-performance winning team and culture.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for managing sprint assignments for the team. 
• Responsible for coordinating with Product owners and other stakeholders during the sprint.
• Responsible for code reviews, unit tests and implementation. 
• Responsible for working closely with the architects to get designs in place. 
• Responsible for managing performance of the scrum team. 
• Responsible for building team and interviewing candidates when required. 

What We're Looking For

• Hands on experience with C#/.NET programming skills
• Hands on experience with WCF, Web APIs, and .Net Core
• Hands on experience with docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with the design and development of highly available and scalable multi-tiered distributed applications.  
• Proven track record of completing projects on-time and to specification.  
• Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.  
• Experience of object-oriented design methodologies and design patterns and database modelling and usage. 
• Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Good Communication Skills
• B. Tech. / B.E. / MCA /M. Tech. in Computer Science with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with an Agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.
