This Team Lead position within Paytm's Oil and Gas vertical focuses on offline payment solutions. The role involves managing a sales team (5 members) focused on onboarding and servicing petrol/gas station merchants and other retail businesses. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales, operations, relationship management with PSU companies and oil marketing companies, and ensuring the team achieves lucrative incentives. Experience in channel sales, distribution, and team management is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses strong market knowledge and excels in using data tools for sales analysis.

About Us: Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
About the Team :The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.
About the role: To sell products or services for a company and represent their brand. Also, to manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
EducationGraduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
