Job Description

ByteDance is seeking a Tech Lead Manager - Code AI/GPT to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with 2+ years of experience. Responsibilities include developing and deploying machine learning systems, managing and operating machine learning systems, and providing online serving of machine learning models. This role requires proficiency in distributed and parallel computing, knowledge of advanced computing technologies, familiarity with machine learning algorithms and platforms, and expertise in programming languages such as C/C++, Go, Python, etc. Experience in GPU-based high-performance computing is a plus.

Must have:

Master's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
2+ years experience
Master distributed, parallel computing principles
Familiar with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms
Master at least one programming language in a Linux environment

Experience in GPU based high-performance computing

Qualifications

- Master and above degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with 2+ years experience - Master distributed, parallel computing principles; know the recent advances in computing, storage, networking, and hardware technologies; - Familiar with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and mainstream platforms (e.g., Tensorflow, Pytorch, MxNet); - Master at least one or two programming languages in a Linux environment such as C/C++, Go, Python, etc; - Experience in GPU based high-performance computing is a plus ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
