Technical Admin Assistant

About You

We’re looking for an Technical Admin Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and communicates with precision. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role at the intersection of operations, client engagement, and technical context within an AI startup.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to support high-leverage operational tasks, help streamline communications with clients and prospects, and ensure follow-ups, documentation, and internal processes run smoothly. While this isn’t a sales or customer success role, you’ll often be the person helping turn ideas into action—especially when it comes to making complex AI and data science topics understandable for our partners.

What You'll Do

• Manage follow-ups, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and keep communication flowing across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Draft and send clear, professional emails that often touch on data science and AI topics—ensuring clients feel supported and understood
• Organize and maintain lightweight internal systems, workflows, and playbooks to help the team move faster
• Take ownership of special projects, research tasks, and team support needs as they arise
• Act as a key liaison between leadership, product, and external clients—ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage
• Bring structure and polish to everything from email copy to process documentation
