As Vice President, Enterprise Client Development, you'll leverage your expertise in corporate brands and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to build and manage key relationships with On Location's enterprise clients. Responsibilities include developing optimal frameworks, innovative programs, and maximizing sales and client retention. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, operations, production, and legal, ensuring seamless execution of bespoke hospitality products and full-turnkey programs. The role also involves managing the Enterprise team, developing new assets, and providing input on technology offerings. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with experience in global events and the sports/entertainment industry.

The Role and What You’ll Do:

Leverage experience and understanding of corporate brands and HNWI clients, develop knowledge of On Location products and events, and expertise in all facets of hospitality operations to develop optimal framework, build strong relationships, develop innovative assets and programs, lead the Enterprise Client Development team, all toward the goal of building a successful enterprise relationship with these clients and maximizing sales and client retention.

Works in close collaboration with OL Premium Sales (all properties), OLY Stakeholder team, FIFA Affiliate team, Program Management, Production and all operational functions within OL including product, ticketing, accommodations, transport, accreditation, and cross-functional support teams as needed

  •  Day-to-day leader and manager of the Enterprise team, which is comprised of dedicated and hybrid team members.

  • Support team as additional On Location point of contact for all assigned enterprise corporate clients and HNWI.

  • Partner with Custom Business Development team to ensure the timely development of proposals, budgets and sales of Custom products to leads referred by various channels and referrals.

  • Work in close collaboration with functional areas across core business, Olympics and FIFA.

  • Assist leadership with conceptualizing, designing, monetizing new / bundled assets and programs to align with client needs, demand and satisfaction.

  • Drive business development efforts targeting assigned clients to maximize commercial opportunity across the entire portfolio, including development of targeted services, bespoke hospitality products and management of full turn-key programs, in additional to transactional ticket + hospitality stales.

  • Identify and manage incremental hospitality assets requests and needs.

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of all assets sold and managed by OL.

  • Provide critical input to technology offerings and systems to be utilized by internal teams and / or clients or in the servicing of their needs. 

  • Develop proficiency in working in internal systems as required (ie Optimo, Secutix).

  • Manage potential integration of partner and client assets and programs within OL business  if desired for any specific property or at enterprise level.

  • Assist with development of sales enablement material for all clients.

  • Develop budgets and provide input to clients  to inform their internal budgeting processes.

  • Liaise with Stakeholder and Affiliate teams to determine asset segmentation and allocations for partners, as well as facilitate deliver of all contractual rights related to hospitality products.

  • Liaise with Legal related to all client contracts and ensure the best possible terms for OL in all client engagements.

  • Establish role sort between Accounting responsibilities and the ECD team to ensure all invoices are correct, sent and paid in a timely manner.

You Have These

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field

  • Experience in a management position within marketing, sales, and/or global hospitality and events (minimum of 5+ years) in the sports, media, and entertainment industry.

  • Expertise and deep understanding of client account management

  • Strong global sports experience

  • Strong hospitality experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, marketing and sales skills

  • Strong relationships within global events and business community

  • Strong management and leadership skills

  • Multiple Languages preferred, with English being mandatory

Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.  This position will be based in Paris and will require domestic travel and occasional international travel from now through Games execution.
