Key Responsibilities:
Communications & Decision Support:
Draft and distribute memos for casting decisions and relevant updates
Manage the People Partner/HR email alias to ensure prompt responses and appropriate routing of inquiries
Create templated communications as needed / in support of People Partner initiatives (ie manager talking points, reporting changes, compensation changes, and other standard messages) adjusting for evolving needs
Employee Experience & Team Events:
Plan and coordinate team events, fostering a cohesive and engaging team culture
Ensure internal speaker requests for DEIB and Learning events are vetted and approved
Reporting & Documentation:
Collaborate with shared services on reporting needs and provide insights as needed
Support job description management by tracking down documents, finding comparator roles, and aiding in job ladder work
Maintain and organize the People Partner Team Drive to ensure easy access to relevant information and up-to-date documentation
New Hire & Exit Processes:
Assist with support for New Hire Orientation processes and I-9 verification as needed
Own exit interview process overhaul:
With People Partner guidance, define roles, update process, and steps in the employee experience
Manage the exit interview process, including documentation and Workday updates
Maintain accurate exit interview data and oversee Workday "Reason" clean-up for accurate tracking and reporting
Employee Relations (ER) Support:
Maintain the ER Tracker and participate in ER-related calls, handling agenda topics, scheduling, and documentation
Project & Process Support:
Provide project management support for key HR initiatives involving the People Partner team. Examples include exit interview remodel, updating People Partner wiki homepage, updating People Partner drive + Job Descriptions library, and more
Collaborate with other People Team members/ functions on special projects
Provide assistance in the vetting processes, including for Co-Ops, Recognition Committees, and SRGs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in an HR support role with exposure to employee relations and HRBP functions a plus
Working knowledge of HR policies and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
