Who are we hiring?  

The Sphere Marketing team is searching for a Manager, Events & Experiences to support the planning and production of a wide variety of marketing and corporate events. This person will play an important cross-functional role, working closely with Brand, Customer Marketing, Sales, Comms, People Practices, and other teams. 

The Manager, Events & Experiences will be based in the Las Vegas, NV office and report to the Sr Dir, Events & Experiences for Sphere Entertainment. 

What will you do?  

  • Meet with teams requesting Sphere events to understand target audience, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and execute events ensuring that all objectives and requirements are met and event production is kept on budget.
  • Research venues and vendors utilized to build successful events, including but not limited to, audio visual, security, décor, staffing, food and beverage, etc.
  • Input all information to event systems and complete necessary documents for events including fact sheets, production schedules, and post-event analysis.
  • Provide continual improvements and efficiencies in the department’s event processes and procedures.  
  • Develop and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure event success, including Brand Programs, Customer Marketing, Sales, Comms, Building Ops, and others. 

What do you need to succeed?  

  • Passion to shape the future of entertainment globally and a curiosity for how technology will enable new experiences that wow audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a marketing or events role. Experience working in a large, matrixed organization preferred. Entertainment and tech brand experience preferred.
  • Experience creating events and experiences from planning through to on-site production, across various event types, scales, and audiences.
  • Strong communicator, able to clearly articulate plans, ideas, and results.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to pivot plans as business needs change and opportunities arise.
  • Highly collaborative with infectious enthusiasm and openness to new ideas/solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload.  
  • Accountable and detail-oriented, from planning to execution.

Pay Range
$83,000$145,000 USD
