What We Offer
At the regional level, responsible to support the Regional Financial Controller to drive working capital metrics and KPI in the region with GSC leads and Areas controllers and working capital teams. Ensure Credit process are adhered and guidelines clearly provided to Areas.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to drive the working capital metrics with the GSC leads and Areas
Review the monthly performance and resolve issues with Area and other functional teams (e.g. CX, etc)
Responsible to endorse the credit limit and term from the areas
Develop guidelines and organise refresher training for Sales on credit application
Ability to deep dive and analyse the root cause and develop policy/guidelines to improve future way of working in both OTC and PTP
Responsible to standardise the OTC and PTP process within the region between the areas and GSC teams
Responsible to drive the collaboration of ICP/ICB process between OTC and PTP teams and resolve aged items
We are looking for
Minimum 8-10 years’ related finance experience in an international organization.
Education backgrounds in Accounting, Finance or Business studies and knowledge of Financial and Management accounting.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to explain financial data and conclusions based on them to stakeholders with non-financial background.
Ability to work efficiently independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
Self-starter, results driven, have sense of urgency and be able to manage tight deadlines and handle ad-hoc requests.
Well organised with high attention to details
Ability to deep dive and analyse issues
High proficiency in written and spoken English
