We are currently seeking a CRM and Website Marketing Manager for a dynamic opportunity with a prominent Hospitality company based in New York, offering a hybrid work environment. This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to drive customer engagement and optimize the company’s email and retargeting strategies. Your expertise in CRM and digital marketing will be key as you shape and execute innovative campaigns that enhance customer experiences and improve performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Create personalized email marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies for multiple sub-brands.
- Analyze guest data to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer experiences.
- Track and optimize campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure seamless CRM platform integration and maintain accurate customer data across systems.
- Set and measure KPIs for digital campaigns, including CRM, SEM, SEO, and retargeting, to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and regional teams to align and optimize marketing strategies.
- Report on campaign performance and contribute to website UX improvements and SEO initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and website management.
- Strong experience with digital agencies and proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo.
- Expertise in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of managing complex digital systems and achieving campaign objectives.
