· 스튜디오 내에서 기획, 개발, 디자인 조직과 긴밀하게 논의하고, 판단하고, 실행할 수 있는 동시에, 광고, 크리에이티브, AI나 media 등 공통 조직과 다양한 협업 경험을 쌓을 수 있습니다.

· 마케팅 업무뿐 아니라 Product를 만들고 운영하는 과정을 보고 아이디어 공유도 가능해 빠르게 스스로를 성장시킬 수 있습니다.

Business ownership of the country, managing the business independently from strategy to execution.
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across marketing channels.
Work with local teams and local agency partners
Develop overall branding strategy in assigned markets
Manage COA, forecast, and budget approval process
Partnerships marketing outreach and management
Make data-driven decisions and work across stakeholder teams to drive execution of key initiatives
Proactively communicate early and often to discuss plans, status, and challenges (both within and across teams) to drive progress
Be the point of contact for third party marketing contract negotiations and internal legal and privacy teams

+6 years of relevant marketing experiences.
Overcome complex business challenges with uncertainties independently
In-depth experience in all aspects of digital acquisition marketing (search marketing, social media, marketing automation, etc.)
In-depth experience in brand marketing (creative brief, creative assessment, partnership, promotion, etc.)
Data analysis and reporting using Excel/Sheets or SQL
Proactive action and communication
Fluent in English and Korean. Work with overseas teams/ agencies in English.
