Job Summary -   

A career in our Managed Services team will give you an opportunity to collaborate with many teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. Our Revenue Cycle Managed Services team will provide you with the opportunity to act as an extension of our healthcare clients' revenue cycle functions. We specialize in front, middle and back-office revenue cycle functions for hospitals, medical groups, and other providers. We leverage our custom and automated workflow and quality assurance products to enable our clients 

to achieve better results, which ultimately allows them to provide better patient care.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership and Management: 

  • Lead and manage a team of revenue cycle specialists and analysts. 

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team. 

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to ensure performance goals are met. 

  

Revenue Cycle Optimization: 

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline revenue cycle processes from patient registration through to final billing and collections. 

  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance revenue capture and minimize denials. 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue cycle performance and ensure goals are achieved. 

  

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on revenue cycle performance, including financial metrics, trends, and challenges. 

  

  • Compliance and Risk Management: 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, payer policies, and internal policies related to revenue cycle operations. 

  • Mitigate risks related to revenue integrity, billing accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. 

  

  • Technology and System Integration: 

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize revenue cycle management systems and technologies. 

  • Implement upgrades, enhancements, and new software tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. 

 

  • Training and Development: 

  • Conduct training sessions for staff on revenue cycle processes, policies, and systems. 

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management and incorporate them into departmental operations. 

  

  • Bachelor’s degree is a mandate. 

  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 

  • Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle operations. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and analytics tools. 

  • Ability to analyze complex data and financial information to drive decision-making. 

 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid) and compliance requirements. 

 

Working Conditions: 

  • This position typically operates in a professional office environment. 

  • Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone).
