Job Description

NetEase seeks a Development Environment Director to manage the IT infrastructure for their Japanese game development studios. Responsibilities include managing the company LAN, PCs, development equipment, cloud virtual environments, licenses, user accounts, and maintaining/building the game development environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a high interest in entertainment and the latest internet technologies. They should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and possess experience in network equipment management, server administration (Windows Server or Linux), and cloud virtual server management. Experience with large-scale, high-spec PC environments and game development equipment is preferred.

Must have:

TCP/IP network equipment management
Windows/Linux server administration
Cloud virtual server management
Proactive and collaborative approach
Strong communication skills

Good to have:

Large-scale, high-spec PC environment management
Game development equipment management

開発スタジオのIT環境サポートとして広くご担当いただきますが、主には以下の業務です。
・社内LANの運営・管理
・PCや開発用機材の管理
・クラウド仮想環境の構築・管理
・ライセンス、ユーザ管理
・ゲーム開発における作業環境の維持・構築

求める人材
・社内外を問わず、周囲を積極的に巻き込みながら、主体的に行動できる方
・エンタメ業界や最新のインターネット技術全般に情報感度が高く、興味がある方
・技術トレンドへの好奇心があり、実際に自分で試している方
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、ホスピタリティのある方

必要なスキル・経験
・TCP/IPベースのネットワーク機器の運用管理経験
・Windows ServerもしくはLinuxによるサーバ運用管理経験
・クラウド仮想サーバ環境の運用管理経験あると望ましいスキル・経験
・大規模・ハイスペックPC環境の運用管理経験
・ゲーム開発機器の運用管理経験
