360 Production Artist

We’re currently seeking a 360 Production Artist (Freelance) for a renowned, privately-owned beauty and skincare brand based in Addison, Texas. This hybrid onsite role offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Packaging Production Team and contribute to creating print, social, and web deliverables. The initial contract is for 3+ months, with the potential for extension.

About the Opportunity

As a 360 Production Artist, you'll work closely with the Art Director to produce high-quality creative assets that align with established brand guidelines. You'll be involved in all stages of production, from file setup to final mechanical preparation, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards. Your role will also include managing digital assets and performing production tasks for product packaging and various marketing materials. If you have a strong background in production art, a solid portfolio, and a passion for the beauty and skincare industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Support the Art Director in producing creative deliverables across print, social media, and digital channels.
• Execute production tasks for product packaging, ensuring adherence to brand specifications.
• Assemble and organize assets in the client's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Manage projects through all stages, including initial file setup, revision cycles, and final mechanical preparation.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Art, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in production art, including print, social, and digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work across various mediums.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management and Workflow Management Systems is a plus.
• Beauty/Skincare Industry experience is preferred but not required.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
