Zoox is seeking a highly experienced Systems Lead, Fleet Management with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in designing and deploying fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing a visionary solution for operating a fleet of robots across multiple cities. This challenging yet rewarding position requires a deep understanding of , coupled with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and integrating cutting-edge technologies.

In this role, you will:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and shape the vision for operating a fleet of robots in multiple cities.
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating robotic fleet management into the existing SAP ecosystem.
    • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies that enhance fleet management efficiency.
    • Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA EAM and robotic fleet management systems.
    • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
    • Implement and enforce industry best practices in Enterprise Asset Management within the context of robotic fleet operations.
    • Provide guidance on optimal configuration and utilization of SAP S/4HANA EAM modules working with SAP experts.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, IT, and robotics teams, to align EAM solutions with business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of project goals.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Fleet management systems architecture and implementation.
    • Proven experience in managing complex projects related to robotic fleet operations.
    • Expertise in Enterprise grade fleet management solutions that help in consolidation operations around fleet readiness, fleet operations and , maintenance management.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies in robotics and IoT.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Visionary mindset with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $210,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
