Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as game developers, artists, and engineers to design and implement studio layouts for live online casino games.
- Creating visually captivating and immersive environments that enhance the overall gaming experience for players.
- Designing and implementing lighting schemes that create ambiance and focus on key elements of the gameplay.
- Ensuring optimal camera placements to provide dynamic views and enhance player interaction.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and renders, ensuring compatibility with chroma key.
- Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve studio designs.
- Create detailed design specifications to guide the production process.
- Testing and iterating on designs based on player feedback and stakeholder input to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Maintain a conscious approach to costs and deadlines, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Meet required timelines for deliverable items, ensuring quality and precision.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Studio Designer or similar role in a creative studio environment.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D models and renders for chroma key.
- Excellent understanding of design specifications.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in visual effects and chroma keying.
- Experience in Illustration, Animation, or related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to estimate and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to participate actively in team meetings.
- Highly motivated, self-organized, and focused on delivering high-quality work.
- Advanced English language both spoken and written.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
