Job Summary
Job Description
Create high-quality 3D character animations for mobile games. Collaborate with the art and design team to seamlessly integrate characters into the game environment. Optimize character animation using the latest technologies and trends. Responsibilities include producing realistic and engaging character animations, working closely with other artists and developers, adhering to project deadlines and quality standards, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in animation or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of 3D character animation experience (3+ years in mobile games)
- Proficiency in Maya or Blender, rigging skills
- Strong character animation portfolio
Good to have:
- Unity 3D experience
- Experience in character design
- Knowledge of motion capture and interactive animation
- Motion experience beyond modeling
- Unity development experience
- Production leadership experience (asset, quality, schedule management)

- ■応募資格/応募条件必須条件:アニメーションや関連分野での学士号、または同等の経験3Dキャラクターアニメーションの実務経験5〜7年（うちモバイルゲーム分野で3年以上）MayaやBlenderなどのツール使用経験およびリギングスキルキャラクターアニメーションのポートフォリオ歓迎条件:Unity 3Dの経験やキャラクターデザインへの貢献経験モーションキャプチャやインタラクティブアニメーションの知識
歓迎条件
- モデリング以外にモーションの実務経験
- Unityを使用した開発経験
- 制作パートのリーダー経験（アセット・クオリティ・スケジュール管理など）
