Job Description

Create high-quality 3D character animations for mobile games. Collaborate with the art and design team to seamlessly integrate characters into the game environment. Optimize character animation using the latest technologies and trends. Responsibilities include producing realistic and engaging character animations, working closely with other artists and developers, adhering to project deadlines and quality standards, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in animation or related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of 3D character animation experience (3+ years in mobile games)
Proficiency in Maya or Blender, rigging skills
Strong character animation portfolio

Good to have:

Unity 3D experience
Experience in character design
Knowledge of motion capture and interactive animation
Motion experience beyond modeling
Unity development experience
Production leadership experience (asset, quality, schedule management)
